What they don't tell you
These are not opinions. These are federal statutes and constitutional provisions that exist right now — and that most people never invoke because no one told them they could.
Under 15 U.S.C. § 1692g, if you send a written dispute within 30 days of a debt collector's first contact, they must stop all collection activity until they verify the debt. Most collectors never verify — they just move on to someone who doesn't know this.
15 U.S.C. § 1692g (FDCPA)
Under IRC § 6330, before the IRS can levy your wages, bank account, or property, they must send a Final Notice of Intent to Levy and give you 30 days to request a Collection Due Process hearing. If you request the hearing, the levy is suspended.
IRC § 6330 · IRC § 6331
Under 15 U.S.C. § 1681i, when you dispute an item on your credit report, the bureau must conduct a reasonable investigation within 30 days. If they cannot verify the information, they must delete it. The burden of proof is on the furnisher, not you.
15 U.S.C. § 1681i (FCRA)
An administrative warrant (Form I-200 or I-205) is signed by an immigration officer — not a judge. It does not authorize entry into your home. Only a judicial warrant signed by a federal judge authorizes entry. You have the right to ask to see the warrant through the door before opening it.
4th Amendment · INA § 287 · Almeida-Sanchez v. U.S.
Under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-3, it is unlawful for an employer to retaliate against an employee for filing an EEOC charge, participating in an EEOC investigation, or opposing discriminatory practices. Retaliation is itself a separate violation — and often easier to prove than the underlying discrimination.
42 U.S.C. § 2000e-3 (Title VII)
Under 11 U.S.C. § 524, a bankruptcy discharge permanently enjoins creditors from attempting to collect discharged debts. Any creditor who contacts you after discharge — by phone, letter, or lawsuit — is in contempt of the bankruptcy court's discharge order and can be sanctioned.

Not just for court
iamPRO-SE isn't just for people in court. If you got an IRS notice, a wrongful tow, a parking ticket, an overvalued property tax bill, a debt collector harassing you, or a bank ignoring your dispute — we have a verified, citation-backed document for that.
You have 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendment rights. You are not required to open your door, answer questions, or sign anything without a judicial warrant signed by a judge — not an administrative warrant.
CP2000, CP503, CP504, LT11 — we have a response letter for every IRS notice number, with verified Internal Revenue Code citations.
FDCPA, FCRA, CFPB, OCC, FDIC — file formal complaints with every agency that has jurisdiction over them.
A bankruptcy filing triggers an automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362 — stopping all collection calls, lawsuits, and garnishments immediately. Any creditor who contacts you after filing owes you damages.
Divorce petition, marital settlement agreement, temporary orders, custody plan, child support modification — every document you need from filing to final decree.
File a Notice of Protest with your county appraisal district and prepare your ARB hearing argument with comparable sales evidence.
Your U.S. Senator's office can formally contact any federal agency on your behalf — and the agency is legally required to respond.

How It Works
01
Type what happened in plain language. Our intake engine identifies the correct document, the right agency to file with, the specific laws that were violated, and the relief you're entitled to demand.
02
We fill in the agency address, the legal violation language, the specific statute citations, the relief demanded, the deadline language, and the filing instructions. You provide your name and address. That's it.
03
Get a complete, citation-backed document. Print it, sign it, send it certified mail — or file it online. We tell you exactly where to send it and what to expect after you do.

Real outcomes from people who used iamPRO-SE to fight back. No attorneys. No retainers. Just the right document, sent to the right place, citing the right law.
